Digital Products—eBooks

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of eBooks are final. Once an eBook has been purchased and the download process has been initiated, we are unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.

No Refunds After Download

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are purchasing a non-returnable, non-refundable digital product.

• Refunds will not be issued once the eBook file has been downloaded, regardless of whether or not it has been opened or read.

• All eBooks are provided in industry-standard formats and are compatible with most common e-readers and devices. It is your responsibility to ensure compatibility before purchase.

Accidental Purchases

If you believe you made an accidental purchase and have not yet downloaded the eBook, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase. If the file has not been accessed or downloaded, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or offer store credit.
